
Cauliflower happens to be my fav veg since childhood.
I simply relish it in any form, be it curry, or dry subzi. Cooking is actually an art, even if you are not aware of the proportions of the ingredients, or dont know the exact recipe, the dish will turn out delicious with just one special ingredient... a very generous garnishing of LOVE...:)
And I happen to be the world's second best cook. The first is ofcourse my dear MOM. In my family, we all turned out to be big foodies, thanks to my mom's exceptionally good culinary skills. Her speciality is Chicken Biryani, eat one spoon, and you have achieved NIRVANA, not kidding :)
