Losing fat is not rocket science, believe me!
Its just a matter of determination. Leading a disciplined life, in terms of exercising regularly and eating a well balanced diet, if possible every 2 hours.
Cardio exercises are the best to lose fat. Anything that makes you sweat, running, walking, dancing etc. Remove junk food (Fried chips, aerated drinks etc) from your diet. And lead a healthy life. As simple as that.
One important thing, I forgot to mention, you can savour your favourite food (Biryani, in my case) once every 100 days.

My usual breakfast is Idli and coffee at around 9:30 AM
At around 12:30, I have muesli and milk.
Lunch is at around 1:30 PM, Roti and dal or subzi.
At around 4 PM, I have another cup of coffee with biscuits.
Then evening snacks, at 6 PM (Oil free Plain dosa, or some other snacks but nothing deep fried.
I run on treadmill for half an hour on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. And on Sat and Sun, I do aerobics.
